Section 36 of the Arms Export Control Act ( 22 U.S.C. 2776 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: At the end of each fiscal year, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services and Foreign Relations of the Senate and the Committees on Armed Services and Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives a report that lists each request received from Taiwan and each letter of offer to sell any defense articles or services under this Act to Taiwan during such fiscal year. The report shall be submitted in unclassified form, but may contain a classified annex. .
