Section 10 of the Palestinian Anti-Terrorism Act of 2006 ( Public Law 109–446 ; 22 U.S.C. 2378b note) is amended— by striking subsection (b); and by redesignating subsection
(c)as subsection (b). Section 1012 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1995 ( 22 U.S.C. 2291–4 ) is amended— by striking subsection (c); and by redesignating subsection
(d)as subsection (b). The Sudan Peace Act ( Public Law 107–245 ; 50 U.S.C. 1701 note) is amended— by striking section 8; and in section 11, by striking subsection (b). Section 527 of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1994 and 1995 ( Public Law 103–236 ; 22 U.S.C. 2370a ) is amended— by striking subsection (f); and by redesignating subsections (g), (h), and
(i)as subsections (f), (g), and (h), respectively.
