Section 833(a)(5)(A) of the Violence Against Women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act of 2005 ( 8 U.S.C. 1375a(a)(5)(A) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Subject to such regulations as the Secretary of State may prescribe, mailings under this subparagraph may be transmitted by electronic means. .
