Sec. 301. Information on passports, expedited passports, and visas issued by consular affairs

The President’s annual budget submitted under section 1105(a) of title 31, United States Code, shall identify— the number of passports, expedited passports, and visas issued by Consular Affairs during the 3 most recent fiscal years; and the number of passports, expedited passports, and visas that Consular Affairs estimates, for purposes of such annual budget, will be issued during the next fiscal year.
