This Act may be cited as the . Fix Gun Checks Act of 2016 The table of contents for this Act is as follows: Sec. 1. Short title; table of contents. Title I—Ensuring that all individuals who should be prohibited from buying a gun are listed in the National Instant Criminal Background Check System Sec. 101.
