There is established within the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement of the Department of Homeland Security a division to be known as the Shadow Wolves Division . The Shadow Wolves Division shall— carry out such duties as are assigned by the Director of the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement; and in carrying out those duties, coordinate with the Bureau of Indian Affairs and other applicable Federal agencies and State and tribal governments. Section 4216 of the Indian Alcohol and Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act of 1986 ( 25 U.S.C. 2442 ) is amended by striking 2011 through 2015 each place it appears and inserting 2017 through 2021 .
