Section 1019 of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 ( Public Law 108–458 ; 118 Stat. 3672; 50 U.S.C. 3364 ) is amended— by striking subsection (c); and by redesignating subsection
(d)as subsection (c). Section 506B of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3098 ) is repealed. Section 1047 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year ( Public Law 110–417 ; 122 Stat. 4602) is amended— by striking subsection (c); and by redesignating subsections
(d)and
(e)as subsections
(c)and (d), respectively. Section 108 of the Cuban Liberty and Democratic Solidarity Act of 1996 ( 22 U.S.C. 6038 ) is repealed. Section 210A of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 124h ) is amended— by striking and all that follows through Consumer feedback .— The Secretary and inserting ; and Consumer feedback .—The Secretary by striking paragraph (2). Section 302 of the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act of 2010 ( 22 U.S.C. 8542 ) is repealed. Section 303 of such Act ( 22 U.S.C. 8543 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking a report— and inserting a report notifying those committees of the designation of the country. ; and by striking paragraphs
(1)and (2); by redesignating subsections
(c)through
(f)as subsections
(d)through (g), respectively; by inserting after subsection
(b)the following: Goods, services, or technologies described in this subsection are goods, services, or technologies— that— originated in the United States; would make a material contribution to Iran's— development of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons; ballistic missile or advanced conventional weapons capabilities; or support for international terrorism; and are— items on the Commerce Control List or services related to those items; or defense articles or defense services on the United States Munitions List; or that are prohibited for export to Iran under a resolution of the United Nations Security Council. ; in subsection (e), as redesignated by subparagraph (B), by striking subsection
(c)each place it appears and inserting subsection
(d); in subsection (g), as redesignated by subparagraph (B), by striking or
(d)and inserting or
(e); and by striking section 302(b) each place it appears and inserting subsection
(c). The table of contents for such Act is amended by striking the item relating to section 302. Section 504 of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( 50 U.S.C. 3349 ) is repealed. Section 3002(c) of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 ( 50 U.S.C. 3343 ) is amended by striking paragraph (4). Section 2272(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking paragraph (5).
