Section 5377 of title 5, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)(2)(F), by striking subsection

(i)and inserting subsection

(h); by striking subsection (h); and by redesignating subsection

(i)as subsection (h). Section 5948 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking subsection (j). Section 5304(h)(2)(C) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking the second sentence.
