Section 2312 of title 41, United States Code, is amended by striking subsection (i). (g)and inserting the following: The Federal Director shall post information on the General Services Administration’s website that— describes the status of compliance with section 305(a)(3)(D) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act ( 42 U.S.C. 6834(a)(3)(D) ); identifies the types of Federal facility procedures that may affect the certification of new and existing Federal facilities as high-performance green buildings; identifies green, self-sustaining technologies that address the operational needs of Federal facilities in times of national security emergencies, natural disasters, or other dire emergencies; and summarizes the development of State and local high-performance green building initiatives, including Executive orders, policies, or laws that promote high-performance green buildings. ; and by redesignating subsection
(h)as subsection (g). Section 305(a)(3)(D)(i)(III) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act ( 42 U.S.C. 6834(a)(3)(D)(i)(III) ) is amended by striking section 436(h) each place it appears and inserting section 436(g) . Section 491(b) of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 ( 42 U.S.C. 17121(b) ) is amended by striking section 436(h) each place it appears and inserting section 436(g) .
