Section 7307 of title 38, United States Code, is amended— by striking subsection (f); and by redesignating subsection

(g)as subsection (f). Section 8110 of title 38, United States Code, is amended— by striking subsections

(c)and (e); and by redesignating subsections

(d)and

(f)as subsections

(c)and (d), respectively. Section 8153 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking subsection (g). Section 7451(e) of title 38, United States Code, is amended— by striking paragraph (5); and by redesignating paragraph

(6)as paragraph (5). Section 7324 of title 38, United States Code, is repealed. The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 73 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 7324.
