The following provisions are repealed: Section 539 of the Foreign Assistance and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 1987 ( Public Law 99–591 ; 100 Stat. 3341–242). Section 533 of the Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 1990 (22 U.S.C. 262 l ). Section 1621 of the International Financial Institutions Act ( 22 U.S.C. 262p–4p ) is amended— by striking subsection (b); and by striking
(a)The Secretary and inserting The Secretary . Section 1701 of the International Financial Institutions Act ( 22 U.S.C. 262r ) is amended— by striking subsections
(a)and (b); and by redesignating subsections (c), (d), and
(e)as subsections (a), (b), and (c), respectively. Section 1705 of the International Financial Institutions Act ( 22 U.S.C. 262r–4 ) is repealed. Section 2126 of the Full-Year Continuing Appropriations Act, 2011 (division B of Public Law 112–10 ; 125 Stat. 190) is amended by striking subsection (d). Section 803(b) of the Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2001 ( 22 U.S.C. 262r–6(b) ), as enacted into law pursuant to section 101(a) of Public Law 106–429 , is amended to read as follows: Not later than October 31 of each year, the Secretary shall submit a report to the appropriate congressional committees that describes how International Development Association-financed projects contribute to the eventual graduation of a representative sample of countries from reliance on financing on concessionary terms and international development assistance. . Notwithstanding House Report 102–108 (June 12, 1991) and section 197 of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1992 and 1993 ( 22 U.S.C. 2656h(b) ), the Secretary of the Treasury shall not be required to publish an annual report on U.S. Government Foreign Credit Exposure.
