In addition to any amounts appropriated pursuant to section 23 of the Arms Export Control Act ( 22 U.S.C. 2763 ) (relating to foreign military financing assistance), there is authorized to be appropriated $10,000,000 for fiscal year 2017 for activities in the Asia-Pacific region in accordance with this Act.
