Section 108 of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act ( 25 U.S.C. 450l ) is amended— in subsection (a)(2), by inserting subject to subsections
(a)and
(b)of section 102, before contain ; in subsection (f)(2)(A)(ii) of the model agreement contained in subsection (c), by inserting subject to subsections
(a)and
(b)of section 102 of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act ( before 25 U.S.C. 450f ), such other provisions ; and in section 1(b)(7)(C) of the model agreement contained in subsection (c), in the second sentence of the matter preceding clause (i), by striking one performance monitoring visit and inserting two performance monitoring visits .
