The Secretary shall— consult with the Commandant of the Coast Guard regarding navigation on the Ouachita-Black Rivers; and share information regarding the assistance that the Secretary can provide regarding the placement of any aids to navigation on the rivers referred to in paragraph (1). Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives a report on the outcome of the consultation under subsection (a).
