Sec. 6004. Expedited completion of reports

The Secretary shall expedite completion of the reports for the following projects, in accordance with section 2045 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 ( 33 U.S.C. 2348 ), and, if the Secretary determines that a project is justified in the completed report, proceed directly to project preconstruction, engineering, and design in accordance with section 910 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2287 ): The project for navigation, St. George Harbor, Alaska. The project for flood risk management, Rahway River Basin, New Jersey. The Hudson-Raritan Estuary Comprehensive Restoration Project. The project for navigation, Mobile Harbor, Alabama.
