Section 6001(c) of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 ( 33 U.S.C. 579b(c) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: In this subsection, the term construction includes the obligation or expenditure of non-Federal funds for construction of elements integral to the authorized project, whether or not the activity takes place pursuant to any agreement with, expenditure by, or obligation from the Secretary. . Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall publish in the Federal Register a notice of correction removing from the lists under subsections
(c)and
(d)of section 6001 of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 ( 33 U.S.C. 579b ) any project that was listed even though construction (as defined in subsection (c)(5) of that section) took place.
