Section 9(b)(7) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 638(b)(7) ) is amended— in subparagraph (F), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (G), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: information regarding awards under the Rapid Innovation Program under section 1073 of the Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 ( Public Law 111–383 ; 124 Stat. 4366; 10 U.S.C. 2359 note), including— the number and dollar amount of awards made under the Rapid Innovation Program to business concerns receiving an award under the SBIR program or the STTR program; the proportion of awards under the Rapid Innovation Program made to business concerns receiving an award under the SBIR program or the STTR program; the proportion of awards under the Rapid Innovation Program made to small business concerns; and a projection of the effect on the number of awards under the Rapid Innovation Program if amounts to carry out the program were made available as a fixed allocation of the amount appropriated to the Department of Defense for research, development, test, and evaluation, excluding amounts appropriated for the defense universities; .
