The following reports produced by the National Science Foundation shall be eliminated: The Mathematics and Science Education Partnerships report on coordination under section 9(c)(4) of the National Science Foundation Authorization Act of 2002 ( 42 U.S.C. 1862n(c)(4) ). The report under section 1008(c) of the America COMPETES Act ( 42 U.S.C. 6603(c) ). The funding for successful science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education programs report under section 7012(c) of the America COMPETES Act ( 42 U.S.C. 6603(c) ).
The encouraging participation report under section 7031(b) of the America COMPETES Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1862o–11 ). The evaluations report under section 19(a)(3) of the National Science Foundation Authorization Act of 2002 ( 42 U.S.C. 1862n–8(a)(3) ). The major research equipment and facilities construction plan report under section 14(a)(2) of the National Science Foundation Authorization Act of 2002 ( 42 U.S.C. 1862n–4(a)(2) ).
