Section 13(c)(1) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 ( 15 U.S.C. 80a–13(c)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking ; or and inserting a semicolon; in subparagraph (B), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: engage in investment or business activities described in subsection

(d)of section 313 of the Iran Threat Reduction and Syria Human Rights Act of 2012 with Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps or a person described in subsection

(c)of that section. .
