Section 303(a) of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act ( 50 U.S.C. 3953(a) ) is amended, in the matter before paragraph (1), by inserting or an obligation on real or personal property for which a servicemember is personally liable as a guarantor or co-maker after by a servicemember .
