Section 121(a) of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2012 ( 16 U.S.C. 1725a(a) ), is amended— in paragraph (1)— by inserting and the Secretary of Agriculture after Secretary of the Interior ; by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting paragraph
(2); and by inserting or the Department of Agriculture, as applicable, after Department of the Interior ; and in paragraph (2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting or consulting intern after resource assistant .
