The Secretaries are encouraged to increase programs focused on improving education about, and access to, outdoor recreation opportunities on public land for individuals that are age 55 or older. The Corporation for National and Community Service and the Federal Interagency Team on Volunteerism are encouraged to work together to increase engagement of individuals that are age 55 or older in volunteer opportunities, particularly volunteer opportunities on public land, through the websites of the organizations.
