Section 401(b)(7) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1070a(b)(7) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A)(iii), by striking clauses
(ii)and
(iii)of subparagraph
(B)and inserting subparagraph (B)(ii) ; and in subparagraph (C)— in clause (ii)— in the clause heading, by striking and inserting Award years 2014–2015 through 2017–2018 ; Award year 2014–2015 and subsequent award years in the matter preceding subclause (I), by striking each of the award years 2014–2015 through 2017–2018 and inserting award year 2014–2015 and each subsequent award year ; and in subclause (I), by striking clause (iv)(II) and inserting clause (iii)(II) ; by striking clause (iii); and by redesignating clause
(iv)as clause (iii).
