h ) Section 924 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking subsection
(h)and inserting the following: Whoever knowingly receives or transfers a firearm or ammunition, or attempts or conspires to do so, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that such firearm or ammunition will be used to commit a Federal crime of terrorism, a crime of violence, or a drug trafficking crime (as such terms are defined in section 932(a)), or a crime under the Arms Export Control Act ( 22 U.S.C. 2751 et seq. ), the International Emergency Economic Powers Act ( 50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq. ), or the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act ( 21 U.S.C. 1901 et seq. ), shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 15 years, or both. No term of imprisonment imposed on a person under this subsection shall run concurrently with any term of imprisonment imposed on the person under section 932. .
