Section 412(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1522(b) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Before a refugee is resettled in a State, the Secretary of State shall provide the Governor of such State, or the Governor’s designee, with respect to the refugee— the full, legal name; a physical description, including biometric information; relevant biographical information; the country of origin; and any prior citizenship. .
