Section 9007(g) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8107(g) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (D), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (E), by striking year 2014 and each fiscal year thereafter. and inserting years 2014 and 2015; and ; and by adding at the end the following: $500,000,000 for fiscal year 2016 and each fiscal year thereafter. ; by redesignating paragraph
(3)as paragraph (4); and by inserting after paragraph
(2)the following: Of the funds made available for each fiscal year under paragraph (1)(F), not less than $30,000,000 shall be used to support the deployment of biodigesters— as part of a manure management strategy to reduce methane emissions; and in a manner that includes safeguards to maintain or improve local air quality. .
