Sec. 203. Climate Justice Resiliency Council

There is established within the Environmental Protection Agency, a council to be known as the Climate Justice Resiliency Council . The Council shall be composed of— the Administrator, who shall serve as the Chairperson of the Council; the Secretary of Health and Human Services; the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; the Secretary of Agriculture; the Secretary of Transportation; the Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy; the Secretary of Energy; the Secretary of Labor; and the Secretary of the Interior. The Administrator, in consultation with the Council, may promulgate regulations to carry out the Climate Justice Resiliency Grant Program under section 204.
