Not later than 60 days after obtaining comparable benefits, an individual receiving adjustment assistance shall notify the Secretary of such comparable benefits. Any adjustment assistance provided to an individual under this title shall terminate not later than 60 days after the date on which such individual obtains comparable benefits. For purposes of this section, the term comparable benefits means benefits that provide the individual with not less than 90 percent of the salary, pension benefits, and health care benefits provided to the individual by the applicable firm immediately prior to the individual becoming an adversely affected worker.
