In this title: The term Exchange Map means the map prepared by the Bureau of Land Management entitled Utah Test and Training Range Enhancement/West Desert Land Exchange and dated October 28, 2015. The term Federal land means the Bureau of Land Management land located in Box Elder, Millard, Juab, Tooele, and Beaver Counties, Utah, that is identified on the Exchange Map as BLM Lands Proposed for Transfer to State Trust Lands . The term non-Federal land means the land owned by the State in Box Elder, Tooele, and Juab Counties, Utah, that is identified on the Exchange Map as— State Trust Land Proposed for Transfer to BLM ; and State Trust Minerals Proposed for Transfer to BLM .
The term State means the State of Utah, acting through the School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration.
