Section 406(g) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1346(g) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by inserting , regardless of the presence of a lifeguard, after that are used by the public ; and in paragraph (3), by striking The Administrator and all that follows through the period and inserting Not later than 12 months after the date of the enactment of the Beach Act of 2015, and biennially thereafter, the Administrator shall update the list described in paragraph (1). .
