Section 171 ( 20 U.S.C. 9561 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— by striking paragraph (1); by redesignating paragraphs (2), (3), and
(4)as paragraphs (1), (2), and (3), respectively; in paragraph (1), as redesignated by subparagraph (B), by striking of such programs and all that follows through science) and inserting and to evaluate the implementation of such programs ; and in paragraph (2), as redesignated by subparagraph (B), by striking and wide dissemination of results of and inserting and, consistent with section 114(j), the wide dissemination and utilization of results of all ; and by striking subsection (c).
