Section 443(b)(6) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 2753(b)(6) ) is amended by inserting , and prioritize employment for students who are currently or formerly homeless children and youths (as such term is defined in section 725 of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act ( after 42 U.S.C. 11434a )) or foster care children and youth thereof .
