Section 111(e) of the Financial Stability Act of 2010 ( 12 U.S.C. 5321(e) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Any member of the governing body of a member agency headed by a member of the Council described in subparagraph (B), (E), (F), (G), or
(I)of paragraph
(1)of subsection (b)— may attend a meeting of the Council, including any meeting of representatives of the members of the Council; and shall have access to the same information and materials that a member of the Council described in subparagraph (B), (E), (F), (G), or
(I)of paragraph
(1)of subsection
(b)is provided or entitled to. .
