Section 129E of the Truth in Lending Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1639e ) is amended— in subsection (e)— by striking Any mortgage lender and inserting the following: Any mortgage lender ; and by adding at the end the following: No person may be held civilly liable under any provision of Federal, State, or other law for a disclosure made in good faith pursuant to this section. ; and in subsection (k), by adding at the end the following: This subsection shall not apply to subsection (e). .
