Section 2(h)(7)(C)(ii) of the Commodity Exchange Act ( 7 U.S.C. 2(h)(7)(C)(ii) ) is amended by inserting (as such amount is adjusted annually by the Commission to reflect the percentage change for the previous calendar year in the gross domestic product of the United States, as calculated by the Bureau of Economic Analysis of the Department of Commerce) after $10,000,000,000 each place that term appears. Section 1025(a) of the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 ( 12 U.S.C. 5515(a) ) is amended by striking $10,000,000,000 each place that term appears and inserting $50,000,000,000 (as such amount is adjusted annually by the Commission to reflect the percentage change for the previous calendar year in the gross domestic product of the United States, as calculated by the Bureau of Economic Analysis of the Department of Commerce) .
Section 1026(a) of the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 ( 12 U.S.C. 5516(a) ) is amended by striking $10,000,000,000 each place that term appears and inserting $50,000,000,000 (as such amount is adjusted annually by the Commission to reflect the percentage change for the previous calendar year in the gross domestic product of the United States, as calculated by the Bureau of Economic Analysis of the Department of Commerce) . This subsection and the amendments made by this subsection shall take effect on the date that is 45 days after the date of enactment of this title.
Section 3C(g)(3)(B) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ( 15 U.S.C. 78c–3(g)(3)(B) ) is amended by inserting (as such amount is adjusted annually by the Commission to reflect the percentage change for the previous calendar year in the gross domestic product of the United States, as calculated by the Bureau of Economic Analysis of the Department of Commerce) after $10,000,000,000 each place that term appears. Section 920(a)(6)(A) of the Electronic Fund Transfer Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1693o–2(a)(6)(A) ) is amended by inserting (as such amount is adjusted annually by the Board to reflect the percentage change for the previous calendar year in the gross domestic product of the United States, as calculated by the Bureau of Economic Analysis of the Department of Commerce) after $10,000,000,000 .
Section 334(e) of the Enhancing Financial Institution Safety and Soundness Act of 2010 (title III of Public Law 111–203 ; 124 Stat. 1539) is amended by inserting (as such amount is adjusted annually by the Corporation to reflect the percentage change for the previous calendar year in the gross domestic product of the United States, as calculated by the Bureau of Economic Analysis of the Department of Commerce) after $10,000,000,000 .
