In this Act: The term short-lived climate pollutant means— black carbon; methane; and high global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons (referred to in this Act as high-GWP HFC ). The term Task Force means the Interagency Task Force on Short-Lived Climate Pollutant Mitigation established under section 4(a).
