Section 399J of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 280f–2 ) is amended by striking this part and all that follows through the period and inserting subsections

(h)through

(k)of section 399H, $27,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2016 through 2020 . Section 399K of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 280f–3 ) is repealed.
