Section 762(b) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 294o(b) ) is amended— by redesignating paragraphs
(4)through
(6)as paragraphs
(5)through (7), respectively; and by inserting after paragraph
(3)the following: the Assistant Secretary for Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders; . Section 762(c) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 294o(c) ) is amended by striking paragraphs (4), (5), and
(6)each place it appears and inserting paragraphs (5), (6), and
(7).
