Within the Fund, there are established the following accounts: The Federal Assistance to State and Local Storage Project Account, for expenditure on projects with a maximum 25-percent Federal cost share authorized under section 301(c). The Reclamation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Account, for expenditure on Federal loan guarantees authorized under subtitle A.
