Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall submit a report to the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives on the President’s strategy to counter North Korea’s efforts to conduct cyberterrorism and acts of vandalism using computer networks and systems against the United States. The President shall— review North Korean activities to attack the computer networks, servers, and data files of United States persons, organization, corporations, or governmental agencies since January 1, 2014; and direct the Secretary of the Treasury to designate any North Korean persons who are responsible for or complicit in, or who have engaged, directly or indirectly, in the attacks described in paragraph
(1)in accordance with the Executive Order Blocking the Property of Certain Persons Engaging in Significant Malicious Cyber-Enabled Activities of April 1, 2015.
