Section 5109 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 7221f ), as redesignated by section 2(6), is amended by striking authorized public chartering agency shall ensure that implementation of this subpart and inserting charter school authorizer shall ensure that implementation of this part .
