Section 1002(a) of the Highway and Transportation Funding Act of 2014 ( Public Law 113–159 ; 128 Stat. 1842; 129 Stat. 220) is amended— by striking $366,465,753 and inserting $440,000,000 ; and by striking July 31, 2015 and inserting September 30, 2015 .
