Section 5 of Public Law 95–348 is amended by striking not to exceed $3,000,000 and inserting such sums as may be necessary for the purposes of this Section . Section 204 of Public Law 93–486 , as amended by section 1(3) of Public Law 100–355 , is further amended by striking , but not to exceed $2,000,000 .
