Section 222(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1202(f)(2) ) is amended— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking issuance or refusal and inserting issuance, refusal, or revocation ; and in paragraph (2)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking and on the basis of reciprocity ; in subparagraph (A), by striking illicit weapons; or and inserting illicit weapons, or in determining the removability or eligibility for a visa, admission, or another immigration benefit of persons who would be inadmissible to, or removable from, the United States; ; in subparagraph (B)— by striking for the purposes and inserting for 1 of the purposes ; and by striking or to deny visas to persons who would be inadmissible to the United States. and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: with regard to any or all aliens in the database, specified data elements from each record, if the Secretary of State determines that it is in the national interest to provide such information to a foreign government. .
