Section 212(a)(10)(C)(iii) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(10)(C)(iii) ) is amended— in subclause (I), by adding or at the end; in subclause (II), by striking ; or at the end and inserting a period; and by striking subclause (III).
