The Howard Coble Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2014 ( Public Law 113–281 ) is amended— in section 610, by— striking the section enumerator and heading and inserting the following: ; striking existing boundaries and any future expanded boundaries of the Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary and Underwater Preserve and inserting boundaries of any National Marine Sanctuary that preserves shipwrecks or maritime heritage in the Great Lakes ; and by inserting before the period at the end the following: , unless the designation documents for such Sanctuary do not allow taking up or discharging ballast water in such Sanctuary ; and in the table of contents in section 2, by striking the item relating to section 610 and inserting the following:
