Section 421(d) of the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2006 ( Public Law 109–241 ; 46 U.S.C. 8103 note) is amended by striking On March 1, 2007, and annually thereafter and inserting Not later than July 1 of each year, . Section 603(c)(3) of the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2006 ( 33 U.S.C. 2704 note) is amended by striking on an annual basis. and inserting not later than January 30 of the year following each year in which an oil discharge from a vessel or nonvessel source that results or is likely to result in removal costs and damages (as those terms are defined in section 1001 of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 ( . 33 U.S.C. 2701 )) that exceed liability limits established under section 1004 of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 ( 33 U.S.C. 2704 ).
The International Bridge Act of 1972 is amended by striking section 11 ( 33 U.S.C. 535h ).
