Section 825(a) of the Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2010 ( 6 U.S.C. 945 note; Public Law 111–281 ) is amended in the matter preceding paragraph (1)— by striking the department in which the Coast Guard is operating and inserting Homeland Security ; and by striking they are integrated and conducted by the Coast Guard and inserting the assessments are coordinated between the Coast Guard and Customs and Border Protection .
