Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Agency shall direct the enterprises and CSS to establish the Secondary Market Advisory Committee, which shall— provide advice to the enterprises and CSS on decisions relating to the development of secondary mortgage market infrastructure; and include private market participants representing multiple aspects of the mortgage market, including mortgage lenders, poolers of mortgage-backed securities, and investors of mortgage-backed securities.
