Section 644 of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act ( 20 U.S.C. 1444 ) is amended to read as follows: For the purpose of carrying out this part, there are authorized to be appropriated $508,000,000 for fiscal year 2016 and such sums as may be necessary for each succeeding fiscal year. .
